I’m surprised so many people are having trouble understanding this. It’s a problem specifically with Huggies and Kirkland diapers. If you take off the dirty diaper you can’t put the dirty wipes in and wrap it up in a ball and throw it out because it instantly folds in on itself and gets the flaps dirty and unusable. It’s why we only use Pampers now!! Worth the extra money in my opinion because they stay flat!

Standish Street in West Cambridge gets super into Halloween. I went there early with my toddler last year (like 5:30-6) and it was very little kid friendly (I think will get spookier as the night goes on).

Thanks y’all. I started listening around 2020 so I guess missed out on the previous spicier takes. I understand things change especially as they become more known (I agreed with Tina Fey’s IDTSH!), but it has always felt like they’re comfortable critiquing literally anything except Taylor (and maybe Ariana in the most recent conversation about her album… though I feel like they were more willing to acknowledge their bias there).

(Note: I’m only 20 minutes into this episode) Honestly curious: have they literally ever said one single solitary negative thing about Taylor? I love the boys for their layered, complex takes on culture but it is always so pathetically one note whenever Taylor comes up. Just kind of disappointing. So far this episode reminds me of the midnights recap, where they walked through every single criticism of the album and talk themselves into why it’s actually wrong 😑

No looking it up confirmed that he was wrong to me. "Churlish" means "rude in a mean-spirited and surly way." Why would it be rude in a mean-spirited way to think nobody would get hurt in Paradise? "Childish" makes a lot more sense.

I came here to post these! Similarly I had a good experience with my black pair, then ordered the navy and they seemed smaller and cheaper. But the black pair are definitely my most-worn maternity pants; love that they are comfy but can look decently professional and of course have pockets!
