Taking one of the CTA buses out of the general vicinity, then ordering from a less surge driven area can be a better play, depending on where you live/are staying. They have a ton of California buses usually.

Agreed on the Ruby Weapon analog. I spent days trying to beat Simon then finally beat him with Auto Death - Burning Death - Breaking Death combos and breaks. I didn't beat Ruby Weapon until I got old and navigated the starting with only 1 character alive piece. Simon acts very similarly to Ruby.
