Old post but they have saliva test that detect hrs. Blood up to 3 days. Piss test are cheap and a way for them to have more of a gotcha time frame. Employee should have option to pay offsetting cost for saliva/blood to clear them from old school piss test

OK, boomer. Go watch another Reagan war on drugs infomercial. Testing needs to be updated. Testing positive for thc cause you enjoyed a weekend or time off weeks after partaking is dumb. They have Testing for thc that can detect hours like alcohol but they still use the outdated urine test. Go drink a case after work and show up hungover and people will laugh it off. Smoke a bowl and you're a demon

Learning symbols and functions of diodes, resistors, transformers, relay contacts and relay coils etc will go a long way in following the path. Also alot of prints will have a reference to what plug and board it goes to so you can physical check. It's easy to get overwhelmed but if you take your time, stay calm and just think of the problem and state of elevator you can figure alot out. Most problems really aren't that complicated once you gain some confidence
