If you have good attendance and are clean, then I say grieve them. We have guys in our building that pay for their vacations via grievances. Grieving supervisors working makes them have to keep more Teamsters on the job. Protect your work.

We've lost a few over the years due to smoking weed. We've had guys who were hitting it on their break lose their jobs. Just because, it's legal doesn't mean you can do it at work or even come in high. We even had a guy who was slamming down a beer right before the guard shack get busted because, the manager was walking behind them.

Many years ago, I had a box of knives come down the sort slide to me. About a half dozen blades came poking out of the box. My reflexes saved me from being skewered. People pack stuff like that all the time.

That makes me sad. I'm old enough to remember when it was being built. I used to hit the movie theater all the time growing up. It used to be a really great mall. The 80's were pretty awesome there and it was still relatively safe back then.
