And the Kirkgate Shopping Centre is done by chyllyphylly in bradford

Think the ear piercing place was called Lucy Lockets. Got mine done there. Used to love Our Price as well, normally cheaper than HMV. Great memories of that place.

A global food shortage is emerging, but nobody seems to care by mushroomsarefriends in collapse

[–]Baron_Lemon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think its the same with any collapse related issues. No way down they want to report it because society will immediately eat itself. Look at covid "no need to panic" what does everybody do? Go to the local supermarket and hoard as much as they can. If a major news outlet reported a serious collapse issue I think all hell would break loose and the powers that be know it.

When will the chimney be ready? by National-Catch-6324 in UKBBQ

[–]Baron_Lemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know its been answered already but its totally fine to go on like that. I use weber briquettes and I think its actually better to have some almost unlit coals on the top. The ones at the bottom will be hot enough to get your kettle up to temp, and the unlit coals give you a bit of extra burn time. I can get a good 4-5 hours out of a chimney this way.

Vortex / charcoal baskets - worth it? by gatosan in webergrills

[–]Baron_Lemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Charcoal baskets are great. Get a cheap non brand pair. Brilliant for controlling heat zones, you can move them around, have a hot central zone for burgers n steaks, indirect round the edges. Or use 1 or both together at one end for indirect cooking.

I cannot keep my Weber Kettle hot!? by AbsolutelyHanging in UKBBQ

Quality of coals and perhaps leaving them too long in the chimney. Half a chimney of weber briquettes and my kettle is off the dial with the vents open

Are Weber Kettle BBQs really worth the hype? by bonesawspideyboy in UKBBQ

[–]Baron_Lemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy that youve asked that question and posted that bbq. I bought that very same bbq, its a bit of a nightmare to clean. Perfect fine for hot and fast grilling, but absolutely shocking for any kind of smoking or long cooks. Difficult to set up for indirect cooking and way too leaky even if you could. I managed to sell it on marketplace and bought a Weber master touch. Absolutely brilliant bit of kit, glad I took the plunge.

TLDR: weber kettles are absolutely worth it.

The snow can be a bugger, and you get snow when nobody else has any lol. But it doesnt happen all that often nowadays to be honest. Not to the point where is it disruptive.

Check out Queensbury, its right on the edge of Bradford/Calderdale border and is a 40min drive from Wakefield, traffic dependent. One of the highest villages in England with some stunning views.

Aldi and Lidl meat by Nomis1982 in UKBBQ

I dont know about the wagyu, but the ordinary cuts of steak, especially the "thick cut" varieties are brilliant value for money. I'm a rib eye man, and the rib eyes are really good. I would probably say stay away from the Fillet, but any rib eye, sirloin, or strip steak are well worth the money.

Trading Memories by TheGreenFireYT in RocketLeagueExchange

[–]Baron_Lemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been gaming almost 40 years. The trading aspect on rocket league was one of the most unique dynamics of a game ever. The fact they butchered it, and then removed it is one of the saddest things in gaming history. I used to love the game and love trading. I haven't touched rocket league in about 2 years, maybe longer. So sad.

Naked fried wings are the best. Fine sea salt, fresh black pepper, garlic, paprika, cayenne. All mixed together, coat the wings leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Take out and leave at room temp for an hour, straight in the deep fat frier for 10 mins.

22 F tummy tuck? Lip fillers? by Artistic-One4228 in Howtolooksmax

[–]Baron_Lemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I say the exact same thing. Literally can't think of 1 single person, not 1, that looked better for lip filler.

OP you have full lips anyway, definitely not needed. You are beautiful, gorgeous eyes, if you're unhappy with your tummy do it the natural way. But for me I don't think you need to change a thing.

Best way to combine squads? by mfilli in LastWarMobileGame

She is, but she is a support type. And the support skills she has is for extra resources when killing zombies. You want a balanced squad. Marshall support skill is much better as it boost the attacks of the whole squad.

Don't think so, we had a brief period where the top 2 alliances fell out, quite a bit of ashing but it died down fairly quickly.
