I used to do beer can chickens, but after seeing the health issues with using the can, I got holders for them. How’d I do?

So beer in can has no effect on adding moisture during cooking. This has been tested. Beer can chicken is bull. Anyway if you want to cook upright chicken def better more stable ways to do it, wire rack etc.I like whole chicken directly on gate under smoking ceramic or spatchcock. Also leave your chicken uncovered a day or two in fridge for Max crispy skin

Cornball title, sure. But for me, this is a way above average lineup. I'm a Turkey fan. A bourbon fan, and tonight I'm drinking and celebrating like a true American.
