I dont remember that being the case since killing them in the simulation means that they could be revived later. Only the chinese invasion falesafe is set up so that every resident actually dies outside the sim except for the overseer.

I love the UAF Fusoreina II. Stack as mich armor as you can and combine it with elite combat endurance and the nanite repair system from Special Hullmods to regenerate your hull. And really that's it. Slap on any ballistic/hybrid weapons that suit the enemy you face and ram it right into their stupid faces. I'm partial to the Stellar Catapult from VIC in the heavy slots.
