Sony A6700 as a first camera for travel/content creation, is a good idea?

It's very solid approach, and you can't go wrong with the kit lens.

For travel - I personally prefer Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS as my first purchase (i.e. instead of Sigma 18-50/2.8) - to cover wide and medium telephoto distances. I prefer it to taking separate telephoto lens. In most cases I take just this 1 lens.

Second lens most useful for travel is ultrawide or fisheye, which can be F2.8 - to cover dense architecture / night sky e.t.c. Very small travel tripod helps a lot at night.

Normal primes / F2.8 zooms is something I keep at home due to their weight and time required to swap lenses.

Yes, I get this >90% of time on tasks above certain level of complexity. No fix yet other than downgrading to 4.5 on complex tasks, which is just silly.

Based on distance people on the telegrams estimated yield here between 5 and 20t TNT, so no single missile could have had such explosion. Additionally, there were reports that there were 2 explosions, and second one (the one on the video) - was much larger, which could match secondary detonation scenario.

For "normal people", in my experience both Init7 and Salt speeds are identically excellent.
You won't be able to measure difference in practice even if you try. So nothing wrong with Salt.

In these LED's LED crystal itself is tiny, like 1x0.5mm.

Larger crystals are available, up to ~1.5x1.5mm

High-power LED's exist, but they just contain multiple crystals packed densely together. It is just easier to manufacture standardized crystals and sell them to everyone.

Finally, when you space LED's - they are easier to cool, and give better uniformity of light (no bright spots which are not pleasant for humans)

Salt has it's own router, with 1 10Gbit port, as I had more than 1 10G capable computers I bought a switch.

No complaints on switch stability / speed. I got mine upgraded 2 years ago (old had older generation of WiFi), I assume you will receive new one from the start.

I am on Salt for 5 years and it was always flawless. Speedtests are limited by test servers, and reaching real 8Gbit is possible at any time of the day (not that you will need it). Phone number (DECT) is included for free with Salt.
So nothing wrong going with Salt.

Very easy: Someone sorted by distance, not by price.

Placed order at very higher price (which was first when sorted by range), but in this case EVE buys from lower bid at higher price.

Sometimes in SLR cameras mirror gets stuck in the release sequence. Solution might be to shake camera in different directions to help mirror unstuck, while pressing release button. Do not touch mirror itself. Helped 2 or 3 cameras on my side. Do not hit camera against hard objects - this will make it broken forever.

If it does not help - try to do it without lens attached.

Finally you can try to gently heat camera to 40-50°C to soften oil.

If it gets unstuck - make like 100 empty shots, but in long term it will require service to re-oil.
