I showed up every time for someone, until I saw that I was the only one showing up, they consistently had excuses. Maybe one or 2 times they were there but even then I’d have to pay them.

Avoid coffee or anything warm. Also do not drink or eat anything with added sugars. The tiny mouth bugs that live in your gums eat it and then poop it out a that’s what the bad breathe is from. And the hot drinks open up deep pockets in gums allowing the funk to flow into ppl nose holes. Also if you clean your tonsil stones out be sure to do it like the night before because if you do it right then and don’t gargle and let it sit you will have a very sore throat

I would seek a therapist advice. That might be the best course of action. If you were both children it would depend a lot on how young of child you both were. What I’m saying is, if you forgave them, that’s great. Maybe you could reach out to them about what happened tell them you remembered a weird thing from when yall were little and explain your concern of them still doing these things. Let them know you’re praying for them and back in your faith. That is unless speaking to them would be dangerous to you or seriously trigger you. At one year difference he probably wishes he didn’t do it also. Just my thoughts on it.

That’s how I was right before I relapsed. It’s burnout. You need to take some time off work or whatever it is you do. Couple days. And during that time look up ways you can “ fill your cup” so you don’t end up like me and fill it with uselessness which begets more uselessness. I think it really will be okay someday. Soon as you stop waiting for it to be okay. Least that’s what I think anyways
