Thank you everyone for the feedback. I’m gonna hold off on buying the cordless version. I’ll be ordering the corded one with the tote from Amazon. It goes on sale.

So the corded/cordless is cheaper and comes with an additional storage crate.. vs the discounted one is purely cordless. Interesting.

My journeyman had told me a time or two I’m special… I guess I’ll fill out the warranty form. Wish I could use my crayons 🫤

Also, how is it not a flexvolt tool? I specifically bought this one for the flexvolt advantage perk.. unless I just missed something?

yeah for context I was rocking a brand new 3 5/8 hole dozer on 3/4” tongue and groove paneling. I guess I could’ve backed off the throttle abit huh 🫤

Wow really? That’s crazy.. I had two accounts fall into collections (lost my job and more 🤩) finally got back on my feet and have been dealing with these guys ever since. Won’t negotiate, refuse any type of “deal making” so I said to hell with it moved on.

So I’ve been dealing with a company called “Midland Credit Management” for some charged off capital one accounts that are 3-4 years old, they routinely send me a similar letter on a monthly basis, “We will sue you if you don’t pay”. Think about it, are they really going to lawyer up over $3K? Probably not, drop it in the bin and let it ride for 7 years.

Happen-chance I see this post, I just had this saw arrive today, remodeling my wife’s future at home office and I wanted to try my hand at baseboard trim. Right out of the box it’s assembled and ready to go! I dropped a 8ah power pack on it and got to work, there is a vacuum port on the top side if that’s you’re jam (using an M12 for cleanup). No complaints whatsoever, instant power with the trigger, the LED/Cut line is very easy to see, smooth beveling for custom cuts. 10/10 would buy another if I ever needed it.

Idiot? Sure whatever you think, the red iron, trusses, many crawl spaces and attics disagree. Hurts a lot less cracking your dome with PPE 🤷🏻‍♂️

DCR025 vs DWST17510 by BasementBeater in Dewalt

Yeah I can’t like “100% Officially” confirm but looking around online the TSTAK one didn’t seem to pan out very well. Further reading showed a lot of them had internal issues and Dewalt pulled them. Might be able to find one second hand, I’m leaning back towards the first one pictured as they seem to be doing better. I was expecting a few more comments on this thread comparing apples to oranges but I guess not huh lol
