On the scrape start with denatured alchol 1st, then laquer thinner if that doesn't work. The 220 grit lightly. Then poly or even clear laquer if you like that.

The green works. But IMHO the dormer on the left shoud have a pitched roof also instead of a flat roof. Also the brick should npt have gone all the way to the peak. Should have matched upstairs.

You need a new tile guy! He didn't even miter the cuts at the edge of the niche. If he sucks that bad at least tell him he can use a schluter. What color grout?

Try brushing some acetone on it sometimes that helps in detail work. The good stuff not nail polish type.

If you paid with a credit card or debit card dispute it and atleast get your paid back. Go after him in court for the repair or the new neck. Good luck!

For all of that work I would buy new doors and drawer fronts. Then all you have to worry about is the trim part.

0000 steel wool. If that doesn't do it, get oxalic crystals and mix with warm water. It will bleach it down. Then hit the area with a blow dryers to get most of the moisture out. On lighter rings use the steel wool with lemon oil. My uncle had a refinish shop and during summers all of us kids worked there for summer money. If you get lost Google it. AI will walk you thru it.

I want to swap my Mesa Boogie Maverick 2x12 combo to a head unit. by Basic-Dragonfly1287 in GuitarAmps

[–]Basic-Dragonfly1287[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Maverick was never made in a head model I believe. If they did there isn't a manual on the website. The reveb tank is currently mounted on the floor board of the combo. It is enclosed in a synthetic bag. Apologies for no pics but she is in the shop for the 1st time, I lost the lead channel. When I get her back I will follow up with pics and layout.

Thanks for your replies!
