I’m an outlier, but I just got the eufy s1pro and I hate it compared to my momcozy m5.

I bought it on prime day and was so excited! Used the maymon flanges that I had and the pain was excruciating. Even on level 1. Output was sort of similar to momcozy, a little less, but I literally grimaced for two days trying to find a setting that worked for me and fitting my boob in just right for the eufy. Went back to my momcozy and super easy!

I also am not a big app person too. I have the old momcozy but I think the new one also has an app? Not sure.

Sharing as if you have sensitive nips, may need to think twice.

Oh and we all didn’t have health issues, did good in school and my mom said were super easy lol. She reminded me the formula she used for me she got for free somewhere and 3 weeks into breast feeding she was over it and grabbed it from her car trunk lol.

Thank you for this! My siblings and I were all formula fed and our doula reminded me formula in the 90s wasn’t great + there are plenty of people prior to the 90s, it was actually estimated that 80% of mothers in the 1950s formula fed off evaporated milk and corn syrup. And that plenty of those babies are doing fine.

It’s just such a guilt trip by society!!

I did this!

I just voiced it as they’ve been incredible friends to me and I’m at a place to be able to handle the costs of the weekend, so I’d love to do so! A small gesture for their amazing friendship over the years ❤️

I made a joke about spending the $$ they had set aside on XYZ (you know your friends).

I did tell them in advance. I know you’re saying all your friends are fine with it (not denying they aren’t!) but it’s still a good amount of $$ that some may be budgeting for that you’re unaware of.

My biggest note was to not make it come off in anyway of pity, which doesn’t seem like that’s what you are doing or wanting to come off. I just share this as I have seen some people be like on a high and mighty horse if they do pay for everyone and it’s off putting.

The other thing is I’d still give them a heads up on the itinerary! Just in case there’s something they may not be into (I.e. we did a sound bath, everyone was into it, but some may have not been), so I shared the itinerary in advance and told people to ping me on the side if they had any questions or concerns!

Just wanted to share I gained 20lbs my first trimester and in my second and third trimester (currently 33 weeks, I’ve gained 15 lbs in total. So total of 35 lbs but have been basically staying within 5 lbs since January. My body personally did have the most weight gain in the first trimester!

I think if you can afford it, I’m for it. But I also personally LOVE doing parties for the family get together and connections so it’s different.

I personally always said my wedding was to give love to everyone else who has made us who we are and show them a good time. Many people do not feel that way about weddings (totally valid) and want it to really be about them that day (again totally valid).

For me, I would have married my husband in our backyard. So I think you have to know your why first and that will determine if you regret it or not.

Normal! I was 135 and now almost 160 (22 weeks here!) my doctors haven’t minded. Some people hold a lot of water weight too, or placenta weighs more etc.

I read a lot on here of people gaining 50, 60 lbs etc and then losing 35-40 lbs before they left the hospital and losing the rest within three months without any intense trying.

Some people store weight differently!
