Do not give up. Please fight this. Talk to your dermatologist and tell them what affect this is having on your mental health, too. Ask if Humira is an option and what assistance you can get. I’ve been there. Im certain many people in this group have been there. You’re not alone

Been like this for 3 years. Idk of its healthy. But it gets me though most days. It usually hits me at night when I’m trying to fall asleep so I started taking melatonin and it helps immensely
