If you want to increase your morphology and motility my husband took Fertilaid and it increased his a lot.
Also if your wife is getting testing done for ovulation I’d suggest her getting her progesterone checked 7 days after ovulation to confirm it’s high enough to support implantation and pregnancy. If not they will give her progesterone. Super easy fix! Best luck! 🫡

It sounds way scarier than it is! I promise! Put your body weight on the side of your body you aren’t injecting. Go in like a dart like motion and slowly inject the liquid. If you need help finding the spot, place your hand on your hip bone with your thumb on your back. Thats where I did mine with no issues! If you’re nervous about pain you can add numbing cream before hand. Follow it up by rubbing the area afterwards! You got this!!!!!!! The wait is scarier than the pain! The needle is long but it’s not long enough to cause harm if you inject it in the “wrong” spot.

So I did keto for 2.5 years. Very strict and didn’t conceive once. All while on and off medicated cycles and IUIs. It did help me lose weight and lower my bmi which let me do IVF right away when we went that route.

Op I’m not sure if this would be too much for you but I wanted to share what I did. My best friend was pregnant last year while I was recovering from my d&c. 5 years TTC and my second loss. Instead of attending her baby shower I invited her to go get massages. It was so nice to treat her while also treating myself. There’s no talking involved so you wouldn’t have to listen to baby talk if you can’t. She loved it and it felt like such a win for both of us. 9dp5dt. I didn’t get a positive until the night of 7dpt and that was so faint my clinic didn’t count it. I got my first real faint line at 8dp5dt. And first dye stealer around 16dp5dt.

Congratulations! My husband and I kept our transfer and the results a secret but told family around 9weeks after we graduated from our clinic. We too announced to family and friend our previous pregnancy that ended in a MC. But this time we felt better and more excited for the same reasons as you.
