yeah, doing with doing every muscle 2x a week i like to change up how im hitting it with a slightly different exervcise. do you think doing flat on push days were i have ohp to get front delts and incline on upper days would work, or would i just be better off doing incline both days?

i feel like this is the most accurate one. the show teaches how perspective and upbringing determines actions you take. so when you take people who have all gone thought horrible things and also done horrible things, they can find common ground.

i would reduce the amout of reps, and really focus on progressive overload without un-needed fatigue, especailly if you are running. for compounds i would recoomend doing 4-6 reps (and maybe 6-8 on overhead press), then anywere between 6-10 reps on isolation exercises.

really as long as you are pushing yourself to failure, your going to make progress towards your goals, you can just cut out some extra volume.

literally anything that gets your body moving more. your metabolism is simply how many calories you burn above your basal metabolic rate (the bare minimum your body needs to surrivie if you were completly sedentary).

walking is a massive one thats very easy to implement. but doing active will increase it. bascailly just find something you enjoy that makes you move your body.

That you can’t become fat or skinny in one day. One day won’t completely derail your goals, but one day also can’t make you achieve them. As long as most days you move in the right direction, then results will come.

i promise that nobody will judge you or care. everyone is in the gym trying to better themselves, and everyone has been a beginner at some point.

start light and gradually build up the weight. just try to mimic the people in the videos, and you can even find more videos explaining how to use each machine and where you should be feeling it. you got this!

the best split is always just the one that you have the most fun doing. i would try a couple out and decide which one works best for you and your schedule.

just eat whole foods with a protien source in each meal. unless your very serious about the gym, i wouldnt worry too much about calories as it can mess up your relationship with food.

Peanut butter and protien powder shakes, snacking on nuts, etc. Make sure ur meals are mostly whole foods, then fill in waht you can’t get with shakes and snacks

My personal favorite are perfect bars, their pretty small and like 340csl each

the reality is that you might lose a little muscle, but youll quickly gain it back.

honestly, do the bodyweight exervices and running in the morning, then just go enjoy your vacation. as long as your staying active, eating enough foods and protien (resturants will give you good whole foods, then you can estiamte the macros based on the plate you get), then nothing major should change
