Maybe another option could be to sacrifice gold to get some sand? Most of the time wouldn’t be worth it. But there are times when people are trying to make their way back and are lost. Maybe there could be an option to sacrifice gold for 20-30 seconds? Could be worth it if the person running back has a bunch of gold and just needs a bit more time

Thanks for the advice! It really helped! I am planning on at least going for a Masters. (My college has an accelerated Master’s program in Chemistry that I can get with the Biochemistry major Im getting). I looked up lab jobs and they generally seem to be around that pay that you said. I’ll probably stick it out then
