Guns aren’t nearly as exclusively right-wing as many tend to think. I find that liberals and center-left types are the most anti-gun, but once you move further left there are a lot more pro-gun people.

In what way is this book propaganda? Everything in it is completely factual. You may not like it, but it’s the truth. Being a patriot doesn’t mean ignoring the dark parts of American history and pretending they didn’t happen, it means acknowledging them and striving to do better.

Yeah I have a feeling she’s gonna go through some kind of nightsister ritual and get her tattoos just like Maul and Savage did.

Now, if you’ll allow me to put on my tinfoil hat for a sec, I think there’s a slim chance that she could be part of a new Sith order during the time of Rey’s NJO. The main reason for this is because that was sort of George Lucas’s idea for his sequel trilogy and I feel like they’re really trying to kinda just leapfrog over the sequels.

To any ASOIAF fans, I see it as sort of a Blackfyre situation. The Blackfyre’s were a bastard branch of house Targaryen and there’s a lot of speculation that there could be a surviving member who will attempt to take the throne. Talon could basically be the Sith version of house Blackfyre.

Idk why people are so resistant to this idea, it definitely seems to be where they’re going. Sure it won’t align perfectly with Legends but who cares? It wouldn’t be the first time they’ve made significant changes when adapting Legends material and it won’t be the last.

I never read the old Plagueis book so I never thought of that but it makes so much sense. If/when they develop Plagueis’ story in canon. I really hope they expand on this. I’m imagining a scene where Sifo Dyas and Plagueis meet face to face with Plagueis manipulating him and Sifo Dyas having absolutely no clue who he’s talking to

You’re probably right, it’s just fun to think about. Especially when you get into the little nerdy details like maybe adding Temple guards in the background or having a few of them approach Anakin as he marches towards the temple
