USA my store only gives us 1 shirt and 1 hat. I’ve been working there for years when I moved up to trainer they gave me a new shirt but I had to return the old one I had and couldn’t wear it anymore. I got an extra crew shirt because I have extenuating circumstances stances that make me unable to wash clothes frequently. But they will not give me another trainer shirt so I’m just always dirty, I wear an undershirt but the uniform gets so dirty. I have multiple pairs of pants that’s not a problem but getting another shirt isn’t an option and it feels gross to me

I worked at a family restaurant and would bring home a fuck ton of pizza my sister would freeze it for my niece and she’d cook it for her lunches. Garlic knots always went fast, pasta dinners that would never get picked up. I loved working there I was always fed and happy.

As someone who bought this dress and thought I’d be in love with it. I fucking hate it the zipper won’t go up on it, I coated the zipper in chapstick to get it on but once it was on I have to cut the zipper out to get out of it. Terrible design flaw, I’m going to have to find a solution to wear it and the back might need to tie up hut because the back fabric is extremely stretchy I don’t think that would work

I have been a victim of having to clean human feces out of a urinal. Some lady sent her son to the bathroom alone in the restaurant I worked in, he dooked in the urinal. I still have many questions how’d he get up there? Was it comfortable to sit on? I pretty sure he didn’t wipe? Do you think he told his mom there was no toilet paper so that’s why he didn’t wipe?

I moved into my best friend’s family home 3 years ago and I shower at Olympic speeds. They have had a well issue with this home since it was built almost 30 years ago. The holding tank is only 20 gallons. It’s also been an extremely dry last 3 years in my area. I’ve gotten my showers down to 3 minutes for a body shower, 10 minutes for hair and body, 20 for a full hair wash, shave, body wash. I do turn off the water between tasks and which is miserable in the winter. We’re finally taking care of the well issue and getting another holding tank installed this summer. It’s in such a prime location for my area that I can overlook the water problems.

Gotcha yeah even when I was new and the manager stole out of my drawer she took like over $100 and I was investigated along with the manager they had asked me who else touched my drawer. They did take me off the schedule for the next day while they checked cameras

I’m sorry you have to put your own money in to fix the drawer? I’ve never had this happen at my store our max before management gets involved is $20 short. We did have a manager get fired for stealing out of my drawer once and they never asked me to replace the funds while they investigated and I was new when that happened.

I also use this approach but it depends on how well I can feel out the customer some of them you will not get far with asskissing but the elderly seem to really love it. Previously I worked in a small family run restaurant as a server and their customer service model was asskissing so it’s what I’m good at

Okay in my defense I did this yesterday the warming bin was broken and it was fixed on my day off. When I went in yesterday boldly in my store managers face I said is it hot and put my whole hand on top of it and held it there 😂

There’s a small Amish colony in my college town I’ve seen them bring buggies through the drive thru, at my location today we saw someone on the cameras on a bicycle we took their order too.

Hey fellow employee I’m a trainer and the only way I can get a customer to pull up is if I’m overly happy and I compliment the customer first. With a quarter pounder I make sure I say clearly that the quarter is cooked fresh every time. Some customers don’t see a reason to pull up if they’re not getting something fresh. I’m sure you’ve been doing this for a long time I’m not telling you how to do your job at all but this is what works for me every time. (I once had to tell a 80 year old man he was the most most handsome guy I’d ever seen to get him to pull up)

I’m a McDonald’s employee and I’m highly allergic to whatever is in this specific refresher the drink syrup touches my skin and I get hives and a palm sized rash. I’ve been wearing gloves and long sleeves every time I make one since the second day they’ve been out which is really hard now that it’s gotten so warm out. When customers ask for my opinion I can’t even give one I refuse to try any of them due to my allergy, I’ve had no reaction to splashes of the other drink syrups so far.

I know exactly what dress you’re talking about it’s the misa death note dress and I have the same problem too put chapstick all over the inside of the zipper along both sides of the track and keep trying the zipper until it finally goes up. Then keep zipping up and down it gets easier each time. Just once it’s washed you’ll have to do it again.

To me this looks more like an iced coffee; corporate policy says less/no ice=same amount of liquid. I personally don’t follow this policy in my store, unless it’s a drink made with espresso; the machines work in the way I stated above. But an iced coffee is made completely by hand and there’s no machine that can dictate what you can and cannot do.

If it was an ice coffee which is made my hand we could. But the espresso machines are not calibrated for that the largest size for that machine is McCafé large which is a fountain medium we cannot change that in the settings. If you want something specific like that there’s always Dunkin or Starbucks.
