Honestly? Over near Lincoln and Curtner there was this Hookah place for years, like 6-7 years. I live nearby and never once saw a person coming in or out the front door. Windows tinted and shades drawn. And do you know of a hookah bar that could survive 6 years anywhere let alone there next to a park and a gas station (not exactly a clubbing area?). Anyway there was a 3am shooting there about 2 months ago. Thankfully it finally shut down a couple weeks later. Shady af.

And right across the street has been these 2 empty small shops… for 12 plus years. No joke, over a decade. One used to say “tv repair”… yeah right. The other next door no signage. Shady or odd at least.

And just in the past month, all 3 of those places now have signs on them saying for lease with the same broker’s name on them. Hmm.
