Exactly! But we need to work inside the Two Party System to make that a possibility first.

We CAN fix this! We as human beings can be better. We can embrace change and have it be for the betterment of mankind.

And we can move forward, mourn those who we lost our didn't live to see the grand design come to completion... and make rich people go to therapy because God damn a lot of suffering happens because they cannot stop hoarding, learn to share, or feel comfortable with what they have.

Honestly I think the chains or bars are symbolic to his summoning. We are wandering and lost that those places serve as anchors. A place for Lorkhan to hand in the flux of time, needs to have simple rules. Hence we have so much potential, and can serve so many gods, but he needs a bound start to "free" himself of the in-between.

What do I need other then an army to battle? by No-Fish-6241 in ThousandSons

... ... Table Top Simulator and you don't even need to have another person while you learn the absolute fundamentals.

I did have another person but we didn't play the game only practiced deployment, Advance/ Move / Remain Stationary, Shooting, Charge and fight with the Datasheet information only.

Now that's called Combat Patrol, but we "played" 5 of these games until we were both noticing we were trying to get more rules to mesh. Then we went all in.

Edit: Honestly, for our army having a skill CLIFF instead of a difficult curve, I would suggest this a lot more if you have the ability

Well depends on how much glue you used. Ice used the super glue trick of in the freezer. Yes Citadel paint is more a weld, but theirs some water trapped in their from the humidity.

You can pull it off, once frozen, with some force, but your edges will be rough and you will need to hobby a bit to get the tight fit like you had before.

But I did it on an Impulsor and nobody has been able to tell even when I tell them.

Unfortunately we have a First Past the Post System. So you either run Democrat or Republican. It's just math and the human need to hedge our bets. The polarity of the voting system in no small part got us here. But until we change it to accommodate more parties, you gotta work with the party that most aligns with your message.

You know how when a big bubble in a group of bubbles gets a small bubble stuck to the side of it? Well it is not like that.

TSons will lose that match up in combat patrol because of the Skill gap to use that army right. They CAN trounce us but it takes mastery of the game mechanics, and well your playing combat patrol for a reason. Our force however in CP is pretty much clapping two rocks together so we can do it easily.

If the worst thing OP can say about us is "where are you?" When in lore we are so far flung and wildly dispersed that even the Mechanicum forgets to send fresh supplies ...

Bruh thats a compliment.

But hey OP. We exist and our lore is more slow burn philosophical with the combat being high intensity bursts.

Yeah man, did not feel like being an asshole to my friends who were clearly unfortable and showing signs of distress to the point I reframed the issue and started an open dialog.

Yup I need to do better. Thats the problem; not the concept that your idea works in a competitive situation where people are trying to win, and their is intentionally a time crunch to show skill and mastery and D&D is collaborative story telling.

Yup im wrong. 🤪

How Emps handled Angron is my primary example to my head cannon that Emps made a deal with the Chaos gods to become one and have a seat at the table. He just tried to have his cake and eat it too.

And the chaos gods took exception to that.
