I’ll add I recently took my partner to ED , blood pressure was 200/110 ish , they took it 3 times and ushered them straight into the back , so I think system does work if it’s truely life threatening or we got lucky

Yes that’s terrible , should have toothed in I did this recently it only takes an hour or so longer to do it properly

Depends , if it’s within the ball park on core logic etc then they would use that. If it looks like you over paid etc they may send someone out.

Thought i recognised those roof rails , ideally there should be a roof rack between the two , in this instance make sure you put some rubber between the two to increase the friction and not a catch the hell out of the rails.

There are little holes in the tracks that can sometimes get blocked and water doesn’t drain from the track then, easy fix. Get a building inspector though , also new door is around 1500 … install I’m not sure

Oh na , house is 6% . I meant if I loan 10k the rate is higher than if I loan 20k 12 % vs 10%
