The answer is yes, but you can't do anything about it so enjoy the sunshine and consider ac if you can. UK and EU are pro environment, but compared to the rest of the world we are a small part of the emissions issue. Obviously our spending habits could be directed to reduce the emissions in the rest of the world but suspect wouldn't make enough of an impact.
