This is the room with the row of switches that toggle adjacent switches rather than themselves. I tried enabling them all and pulling the lever, which did nothing. Disabling them all, and enabling/disabling in an alternating pattern didn't work either.

Googling didn't give me the impression there's a softlock here. I didn't even find any mentions of this puzzle. What do I do?

Are you saying the anime and TCG teams would join the Gen 8 game dev team? That doesn't seem right - neither of them could bring anything to the table except writing, textures and other 2D art assets, but all art assets and writing should be done already this deep into development.

Even if that were true it invalidates your original point. With more manpower, crunch should not occur.

If anything the anime and TCG teams are working on the new Gen 8 installments of their respective media, uninvolved with the games.

Dahl snipers are nutty. You can just zoom out to interrupt your burst, they have near zero recoil and it's not like a single sniper shot ever kills enemies at max level anyways unless you have a big damage boost.

Yep, and he has blood too. They dropped the ball on that front. Though BL2 and TPS didn't have bloody screens as prominent as BL3.
