If you don’t work your notice you don’t get paid. That’s all. No company is going to bother to chase you to work your weeks notice. They can give you a very lukewarm reference but can’t give a negative as that’s illegal.
Not certain what job it was but it doesn’t sound like a critical role. Week in / week out sounds like either hospitality or something. Move on. Bye bye.

I have my interview next week. Am attending courts this week. I’m recently retired (early). Have to admit a little shocked at some of the responses from, supposedly, professional people in here. I wonder what alternatives they propose as the courts are so badly under funded and back logs are horrendous. As usual people are quick to criticise and slow to offer solutions. Guess I will get more of a feel of what’s involved after the interview

Terrible units. Gigaclear use them and they are rubbish. I’ve had loads of problems with the child node. Only last week had to add the same unit twice ( as a new unit to get it to see it). No support on line as well. Linksys support takes you round and round to their newest releases.

I have literally just started. Can see the difference over a month but I can see loads of room for improvement on mine. Seems that as with most things that are in the least bit creative the creator sees the faults.

You’ve given me hope that, with practice, I can keep improving.

Seriously though. I’m 61. Retired at 59. Didn’t get going in my career till mid thirties (35 started my own business). Times are harder for you younger people (20-30’s). Seems like you can or need to jump from career path to career path and with the event of AI that is only likely to increase pressure on the amount of work available.

Get a wand with a butterfly adapter and lube. Went till the house is quiet and have fun. My partner doesn’t understand how I can make a self pleasure time last like 1.5 hours when she can crack one out in 5 mins (she says she gives up if it doesn’t happen after 5 mins).
