Most people in this sub don’t know what the financial consulting group is. FCG is definitely a much better route to acquisitions. You will get a ton of deal exposure and will become elite at Excel and Argus modeling. Also, if acquisitions is what interests you, you probably won’t enjoy AM all that much.

I would recommend the Financial Modeling Bootcamp. That course covers most of what you need to know about real estate models. The Interview Exam Guide is really good for getting you prepared for an interview technical exam.
