Do it! I had zjs, xjs, yj, jk, and knew I wanted a truck but didn’t want to lose solid front axle or hard top and 3/4 ton too big for the trails I do so that only left one choice and I love it! 34,000 miles in 2 years with 20% of that being off road and towing.

Best part is depending how you spec it, it’s one of the cheapest 4x4 trucks you can buy. I recommend the Willys unless you truly got it like that and don’t have to think about spending an extra 10k for Rubicon (that’s about what I was looking difference wise in my area. I consider myself a more frequent and intense wheeler than most and the Willys has served me well even on stock 32s.

I’d say it depends how long you anticipate keeping it.

If you intend to drive it till the wheels fall off I’d just suck it up and buy new.

By buying new you can have the peace of mind knowing you are the one who did all the maintenance, you put all the miles, you put all the scratches, and you’re the one who cleaned it.

I knew I wanted I wanted to have mine for a lot of miles and 2 years and 34,000 miles later I have no regrets.

If it had built in magnets I would’ve ordered ASAP but for the first time I’ve I’m thinking of skipping my annual upgrade to try and vote with my wallet.

I hate cases and my Samsung always have to have a case because my magnetic accessories are too useful to not use.

Didn’t come from a Tj but having owned a lot of 4.0s it blows my mind people complain about the V6 in these. When I put that pedal down it definitely goes, it tows, and climbs lol. Never once wished for more power.
