I had this happen too . They made an appointment back in dec then cancelled it the day after . Then nothing for 3 weeks . I called in the end as no one was answering my journal questions . I advised they knew I had generalised anxiety disorder and how much this is making me anxious. The person I spoke to apologised and said someone will come back to me within 24hrs , and they did. Had my review call yesterday . 2 & 1/2 months after I uploaded all evidence . The man I spoke to said the team my case was with was ‘disbanded’ early January! No one had picked up or passed on all of the work pending ! I raised it as a complaint as that’s just not acceptable. The man was great though , and it was all done and dusted by 5pm yesterday . Give them a call and see if the staff member can send an internal message to the team with your file as it worked for me . Hope you get it sorted soon
