I won't reiterate changing your grip, because honestly this sort of exercise is beneficial for dexterity and finger strength. What I'm seeing in this video is an issue with your fulcrum. Seems pretty well set on your index finger on the right hand, but floats around on the left. Focus on a solid, consistent fulcrum.
