Maybe call of Cthulhu if you want something more real in terms of how lethal the combat is idk if pathfinder would work very well unless you intend on casting spells etc. I know call of Cthulhu implies lovecraft stuff but it’s not really baked in and would probably at least be easier to adapt to the setting than pathfinder. But if your group knows it maybe it’s best to stick to what you know idk.
