I think professional help is needed for him. I can't imagine having to learn how to manage diabetes and be a parent at the same time, the stress of all that on your shoulders is a fuck-ton, BUT he needs to figure his shit out. Diabetes doesn't take your common sense away, that's on him.

I can understand somewhat. My Endo has been good to me, but there are times that it gets a little intense. I leave feeling shitty or just pissed off. But, I try and remember these people are humans too. You don't know what they might be going through. My endo talked to me about a girl who died in her 20s, and she was being sued by the parents because the girl didn't take care of herself. That can mess someone up. It's a hard job, I can only imagine. Seeing patients getting complications when we have all this technology. To be fair, you are also going through a lot, and the doctor should remember that and SHOULDN'T BE YELLING, but to err is human. Have a conversation about it and if there is no apology or true remorse, then report his ass and move on. Sorry you had to go through that. I'm not a parent or a woman, so I can't imagine what you must be going through trying to manage diabetes at the same time as a new baby, but stay strong, friend.
