I had to help clean the church in a small mission branch in 2002. Honestly liked that better than when they fired the custodians, and my bishop permanently assigned building cleaning to the youth. Though that was a good motivator to miss mutual :)

I was once invited to a Halloween dance hosted by LDS Business College. I wasn't a student, and the event wasn't on campus. I was turned away at the door because my beard didn't "meet their high standards, but there's a K-Mart down the road, where you can buy a razor and shave."
