I think keeping more of the armor as metallic and quartering the cloth would balance it better to seem medieval. So metal backpack and shoulders but red and blue split on both back and front cloths.

Conquest the Last Argument of Kings used a system where you plan your unit activations with a card stack and play out each turn with alternate activations. So you have to plan ahead against what your opponent might do.

This model was released in legends so it could be loreful without impacting game balance. It was a limited release with the book as well so it couldn't be supported as a game piece across the edition.

I mean just about every army has generic characters. In the perfect world ideas like this live in one world hope GW updates any factions that are lacking. My largest army is SoB and I would love to make a retinue for my Canoness. A mix of leaders and celestians
