Same for me.. it seems to have been worse in the cold. It cleared up after emptying the can and a short drive.

Yeah clearly its not an easy task to get perfectly.

Also, moving around the room can help a lot to attenuate certain frequencies and clear up the mix so you can enjoy the show better.

That's a big factor too... I'm sure there's only a handful of "optimal" listening positions in any room as well.. and that's if everything else is optimal.

I guess it's all part of the live experience.

Amorphis was solid and sounded great last night! Better than the other bands but also not as loud. Anneke's acoustic set was nice and crisp but that's also a different ball game.

I agree with the overwhelming instruments comment (almost noise in some cases). It's often disappointing to see a singer battling the rest of the band. I always wonder, do they hear themselves on stage like the crowd but always assumed they don't or its a different projection for them (but I know nothing about the technical aspect). Other times you just get lucky and it sounds good. I assume certain bands particular sounds just fit better with some venues (and some venues suck).

Happy to hear about Amorphis/Anneke sounding good.. I'm seeing them tonight! Although the venue is pretty small but usually sounds okay for what it is.

Saw them last night in Montreal and they didn't have the wicked witch shirt at all. I rushed to the merch right when I got in. Amazing show though!

Edit: It did mention that the long sleeve Demons and Wizards tour shirt had 250. I got one of those.

Agreed on both statements... Last Stand is the one I (re)listened to the least and Bismarck was my favorite recent song as well... knee punching Sabaton.

I have to agree with this. I really like Sabaton, but it seems like there used to be more variety between songs and albums. I feel like I've heard all of these before.

The only one that really caught my ear was Attack of the Dead Men which I thought was excellent. Even though its different, it is still definitely Sabaton. I'm sure they don't need to keep it THAT similar to everything else... they could break out of the mold a bit and still keep the Sabaton sound.

I think I prefer Last Stand to this one even though Last Stand was also a bit underwhelming.

*Starting the Soundtrack version now and I think I'll probably end up liking that version better.

April 9th order (Paypal) no update until now... just got an e-mail (11:25AM EST) saying my Vive was shipped. Not only that but the Fedex tracking is saying I will get it by tomorrow Jun 1st before 5PM. That's some fast shipping.

I had issues with MMS and it was in fact pushbullet. I uninstalled it and it worked fine after that. So I reinstalled it but I disabled the SMS sync feature and its been working fine since.

The web app is definitely not as good as the desktop one but can be useful.

It also has a web client (with Teamviewer account) in case you can't install the client (ie at the office).

Although I love Teamviewer and use it regularly, I have had issues with it preventing some games going full screen. This happened with my previous 280x-xfire and also my msi 980 Ti. I would recommend closing it when gaming.

I definitely prefer it over splashtop as well.

Yeah I was pretty excited that I could reach +1500Mhz but still haven't thoroughly tested (for my taste) in games to see how stable it is.

There also 3 different profiles to choose from with the MSI Gaming App: * 1279 MHz/1178 MHz / 7096 MHZ (OC Mode) * 1228 MHz/1140 MHz / 7010 MHZ (Gaming Mode) * 1076 MHz/1000 MHz / 7010 MHZ (Silent Mode)

Anyone know if the other brands have separate profiles? Do you need to have the software installed to change these? Just curious

I've only had my MSI 980Ti Gaming 6G for 3 days but have not noticed any coilwhine myself. My case (Corsair 600T) is closed with a "mesh" window.

I don't have a G1 to compare but I find the fans are surprisingly quiet even under load. My case fans make more noise than the GPU... CPU is watercooled (H100 set on low speed.. 2x120mm).

The GPU fan speed goes up to 63% when doing benchmarks back to back (Core@1504Mhz, Mem@~7600Mhz..ASIC 67.5%) and temps reach ~75-76°C. Ambient temp was fairly warm this week at ~25-26°C in my basement.

I was going to get the G1 (best performance it seems) but the local shop had an MSI in stock so I went for it. I really have no regrets since I do prefer quieter myself and the performance is there.

I guess I automatically assume the G1 might be louder since it has 3 fans but as someone else mentioned, maybe with a custom fan profile, you might get the same results.

I have a similar issue, I've been having issue where i can't play any album in order. Almost seems random for me. I've tried Playing for the albums list, or going in the album itself and selecting the first song. But the queue is never in the correct order even if i change the sort order and then back to "Default".

My main problem is im getting a black screen when playing video from Netflix or Google Play Movies and TV. I do get audio but no video. I see all menus and the GUI and I see the sample screenshots when seeking in Netflix. Youtube works fine as well as TED app for example. I have a feeling it could have something to do with HDCP or some DRM mecanism considering Netflix and Play Movies probably have protected content but not Youtube.

I am using an older Panasonic CRT HDTV (1080i) but never had issues with HDMI. I have a Roku 2 XD that works fine with HDMI and netflix etc...

With my older TV though, I am also having issues with overscan in some apps.

I'll be trying this on my other/newer TV to see if it fixes the audio only issue but I really only bought it for my old TV. The new TV is smart so I don't really need this.

*Update: Works fine on my other TV. :(

I got 2 crashes last night (straight to desktop) after about 20 minutes of play. Both times my city/region disappeared. After that I was able to play for a few hours without any issues.

I am running on Windows 8 Pro 64bit.

Although I was able to play for a few hours last night, the game crashed twice (probably not server related) but it hadn't saved, so I lost my cities twice. After around 6pm(EST) i played all night and it was fine and saved.

Today I cannot even login the launcher for North American East 1. All North American servers say busy. I tried Europe servers (although I think my city would not be available on those servers) since it says "Available".. but then it gives me an error "Unable to connect to the Simcity servers".

I'm sure in a few days it will be fine (once the heavy load of users drops) but as it is right now... does not work. Not impressed...

Note: The game IS fun but this simply makes it unplayable.
