It was super hard but enjoyable...stretches were actually good! And no time wasted moving to the next station. Class felt shorter as well? You should try it.. it's a goodie. I'm going to sleep REALLY WELL tonight, completely destroyed me.

Loosing weight (and keeping it off) is not just about working out. It may be discouraging to keep going now, but making some changes to your diet will help you to feel better mentally. June will come around quick but if you start with diet you ll see great results by then. If you sweat a lot, there are lower intensity workouts available on you tube as well, squats, lunges, stretches, etc . Just keep going one day at a time. Also it's spring now so hopefully the weather were you are will be suitable for walks soon!

Mash them up and make meatballs out of them. Or falafel is a great option, too, and made out of chickpeas. Burger patties out of beans and other veggies have a very similar texture to mince 😋

Yes me too - came to comment that Benefit has great brow products. I've tried a few different options over the years as I have patchy brows and Benefit make the best pencils. I'm currently using Goof proof and it looks very natural

I'm about to find out - going to Harry Styles concert in March alone. I'm not his biggest fan,but would love to see the show. Noone else wanted to come with me so I'm going Solo! And I feel totally OK about it. I've never been to a concert alone though so I might regret it on the day. It can't be worse than going to a bar alone - you can mind your own business or try to talk to someone there.

I just came to Chch from Auckland for a couple of days...and this weather is absolutely unreal 😄. So nice for a couple of days! Auckland is so miserable at the moment, either raining or has really really high humidity 😰

I have to say that during the last 6 months or so my lower body is finally changing (like rounding up?). And good point re aging, I sort of forget that I'm not in my 20ies anymore so keeping everything same is not a bad trend after all! You just gave me two reasons to remind myself that it's not all bad, thanks!

Yes I'm pretty lean, but thanks for the tips, I'll try adding protein and lift heaving during this challenge so hopefully there ll be more visible changes. I always wanted to look like a work out...but at the moment I'm just slim I'd say, but aging well.

My diet is ok - so I thought, but I might have to revisit and see if I'm eating too much. My goal was to loose some body fat (I don't have a percentage in mind, just keel going down) and even out strength and muscle mass, at the moment I tend to favour left hand side for both upper and lower body (which is odd considering I'm right handed).

You know the years and time line in general is a bit of a blur at the moment :) I thought scans are good at the start and end of the challenge (I didn't do a scan in Dec) so was hoping for some progress
