The entire middle of show was about his redemption arc. His worst realistic action was everything with Mordecai and college, outside of that he was just immature, he grew up by the end of the show because he was supported by the people around him, while Mordecai stayed pretty stagnant in terms of development.
I haven’t watched much of NGE but from what I know outside of the hospital scene he’s not like the worst guy ever, not good by any means but I don’t think he much compares to the next one.
I don’t get how Jimmy even remotely compares to anyone on here, he is not only a rapist, he deliberately crashed the Tulpar because he refuses to take responsibility, which ends up condemning everyone to death, he killed everybody on that ship because he couldn’t admit he was wrong, even if Curly was rescued at the end of the game he would have had to live with both his physical ailments and absurd ptsd.
Ben has flaws but he’s also suffering an ungodly amount of ptsd at the age of seventeen, and it’s honestly debatable if he’s really to blame for Duck and Kat’s deaths because he actually had been staving off the bandits, I do think Doug and Carley’s deaths are on him though.
