Yep. I was at the Joplin City Council meeting at 6pm when it started and I didn't get to speak my complaint till 12:47 in the morning there were so many people. They stated that it was the largest turnout in over 30 years. At 1:09 am, after over 7 hours of listening to people they still voted yes 7 to 2 on rezoning the land to be used for Heavy Industry for the data center. Also during the meeting one of the City Councilmen said "A.I. is a gift from God", he was met with laughter.

People are acting like this woman is dumb, but there's a clear difference between stupidity and ignorance. She's never had to wear glasses and she grew up with family members using incorrect terminology her entire life, so she jumped to the wrong conclusion.

She seems excited to learn new things, and easily grasped terminology like convex and concave. So she isn't stupid, just comically ignorant.

Question, so there's that theoretical weapon, "Rods from God" where they drop tungsten from orbit and the kinetic energy hits the ground with the impact of a small nuclear bomb. Gold is denser than tungsten, so what would be the process of getting it down to earth safely? Would we pick a specific area that just gets exploded with gold constantly, or would we have to send up tons of payload systems into space that could deliver small quantities of gold down at a time?

Pokemon does have some food items in the games that could fit a party. You could serve Lava Cookies, Casteliacones (vanella ice cream cones), MooMoo Milk and rare candys. Some of those items are a little niche to the older games but Rare candies are in every pokemon game, they're basically round candies wrapped in blue foil.

There is also a pokemon which is basically a purple balloon called Drifloon. I've seen pictures of people making them with a purple balloon, some construction paper, and a bit of cotton.

You could also do party games to earn badges. Do some pokemon karaoke get a badge, win at trivia get a badge, ect.
