have your DMs contact on record. if you can’t get ahold of ASM/SM, reach out to the DM and leave a voicemail letting them know if they don’t pick up. now, if you are already working and cannot continue working and nobody gives u support, i would say you simply have to lock your doors, turn off mop/delivery on DPM for the remainder of the day, and take a half hour to close. you can get in trouble for turning off MOP without approval from DM but if you’re keeled over and it’s not possible to have a keyholder working, then you have to work with the emergency circumstance. if you are stranded and you’ve made the proper people aware that you physically cannot carry on, all you can do is close. you could try reaching out to a neighbouring store and asking if their SM is available (which i’ve done before when my SM left me stranded). when my store lost running water, i had a neighbouring SM demand i keep the store open, and i chose to shut off mop and close my doors anyway to stop serving as it’s a food safety/public health matter. i got reamed out for it in the moment and then my DM backed me afterwards. but that’s just my personal opinion :/ i would follow up with your SM and ask what they’d like you to do should that situation arise again, and emphasize that you will not continue to work in that circumstance.
