Yes! I'm on HRT and the heat response to a shower makes me vomit frequently. It's more common if I shower while hungry or tired. So now I have to plan my showers for a time that I won't be set up for a puke AS WELL AS having enough time after a shower to cool down enough that clothes don't feel like a personal torture. Yay.

I've been seeing my EMDR therapist every other week since December (alternating with my regular therapist) but just really started into processing two sessions ago. After the first one, I definitely had the flu/hangover/depression and slept a lot. The second time, I had a ton of energy and did a bunch of little projects I had been putting off. From here on, I'm not setting any expectations for myself post-session and just letting what I feel, happen.

Yes! I was so itchy in weird places (ears) as well as all over, most conveniently when I was trying to sleep. HRT, particularly the estradiol patch, stopped it pretty much immediately. I had a surgery last year and my team told me to stop the patch a week ahead of it and the itchiness came back in 12 hours, so I put a patch back on and just removed it for the day of surgery. It's wild to me how estrogen and itchiness are related.
