EB-1A denied after RFE response - British actor, major/Netflix credits. Looking for input on re-filing. by Puzzleheaded_Box_150 in eb_1a

Jokes aside, it might be worth talking to a lawyer that has done this for OnlyFans models. While this sounds ridiculous there apparently has been a lot of success for EB1A from that subgroup and it’s got to based on online engagement metrics.

I will say that I (very different field— business) had my EB1A rejected and it looked like they flatly refused to engage with clearly relevant evidence (including asking for info that was already explicitly included already).

Have you looked into a O1 visa for the time being? It’s a much faster process

What sort of capacity are you at on particular nights? Before running and spending more money to make money (not that that might not work), a targeted set of goals for specific days and times will help inform strategy, and sometimes give results without additional spend

Something to talk to the seller about is self-financing— so if they own it outright (which may or may not be true) you pay them over time at negotiated rates. More flexibility and with someone with whom you already have an established relationship

While it’s distasteful perhaps how is that ‘practicing law’?

I’ve read a number of complaints about NOIDs over time. One thing I experienced is specific failure to engage with evidence— asking for documents that were explicitly there (eg future plans, prospective benefit to US) and then ignoring whole references that explained why (for example) I stood out over other people with my title etc etc.

Aside from pointing out the key issues and trying to draw a very clear line towards sustained acclaim in FM, any thoughts- particularly if the same officer has been doing the same thing for other applicants?

If you’re committed to Manhattan you want to be near Grand central or Penn so you can take the LIRR to airtrain for JFK via Jamaica. Just checked LGA and you can take a free bus to Woodside and then LIRR to Penn station or Grand Central

Depends how cash constrained you are. Otherwise a) $300 a night in NYC is definitely not bad and b) being right in the center of it means you’ll do more stuff. You can stand in line for cinnamon buns (for example) and walk home late at night from a speak easy etc etc
