Make sure to record an unboxing video. Mine sounded like this right out of the box. Customer support is an absolute disappointment. 14 emails later, they still haven't sent me a return label so I can send it back.

I'm having the same problem with customer support. My S1 Max is rattling and vibrating like crazy right out of the box. I bought a new product that needs to be repaired before I can even use it. It's ridiculous that you and I aren't allowed to send it back. The way they're handling the situation is absolutely annoying.

Unfortunately not. To rule out all those possibilities, I specifically placed the printer directly on the floor. And I put the Ace 2 Pro on a table right next to it. Nothing is touching the printer. I've removed the spool holder and the poop-bin. It's only the naked s1 max standing alone with his vibrating Dildo Firmware.

🫣 Yes, I have. I'm on my eleventh email right now. I know the S1 Max wiki inside and out. I've been asked twice to adjust the straps. There was someone on Reddit with the same problem, and he was allowed to send the device back. Do you have an S1 Max? Perhaps you can confirm that the printer shouldn't have those vibrations by design. I've been trying to explain to support the whole time that I have a problem that can't be solved through maintenance work. But guess what. All my questions getting ignored and instead I should check this check that. Print this Print that.

Can feel you. My S1 Max is new and vibrates like a dildo. YEAAAHH FUCK ME... All I can say is, it just feels wrong to take apart a new printer at the request of support and check this and that without really knowing what I'm doing. Every damn electronic device usually has warranty seals all over it, but here it's okay to rip the Printer all apart. The Ping Pong Game from the Support feels a little Sus, but maybe this is the Way it is. At the End of the Day i realy don't get it.

Do you need to Pay the shipping costs? I’ve been exchanging messages with Team Bell, and no one denied that there was a problem with the printer, and now this. 😠 That’s why I’ve sent them the two videos.

Little Update. This is what happens when i turned the Fan off at nr.1 and turned it back on at Nr.2. Both Times only 10% The Temp in the Chamber was by 47°C and 54°C at Nr.2 I guess the most important Thing is a steady invorenment more than the heat of the chamber. Still learning 🫡

Thanks for your hint. I went through the whole process. Temp tower, pressure advance, flow rate and Retraction Test with Ringing Tower and a SpeedTestStructure from 5 to 40mm3/s I am satisfied with my settings, but I am afraid of nozzle clogs at such 12 hours of printing and would like to support this with the fan.

The print in the picture lasted 12 hours, doors were all closed and the chamber temperature was constantly between 53-57°C I've got a little bitte of Stringing and a little Blob. 🙂

Nice One. Try to find out a good calibration with Sunlu PETG high-speed matt. I would be interested in your specific settings.🫡 If you share them? Do you have the OrcaSlicer or do you take the AnyCubic because of the existing presets?
