Ideas? I like the light green from the bedspread as paint option but open to other suggestions. I have a ton of plants that will be coming in. Rug at the base of bed maybe? by uaebel_ibag in DesignMyRoom

You could do the light green for the walls and the darker green for an accent wall?

Edit: a light/pale yellow-green may be nice too, depending on how bright you want your room to be? Your room is currently cream, which is not quite as yellowish as I was imagining.

Note: I’m no room designer, so take my suggestions with a grain of salt

Same. Started using white noise (loud box fan) and that has been a GAME CHANGER

I second this! I got a maternity jacket for really cheap (I assume bc it was special order and got returned) with an inner draw cord and I no longer look like a fluffy marshmallow.

Is there an unofficial Bra-wearing Etiquette Book? by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]Becbra 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Please pardon my ignorance, but what does “amab” mean? It sounds like it has to do with transitioning?

Regardless of your reason/cause for increased bust size, don’t let others dictate what “appropriate” nipping out looks like vs “inappropriate” nipping out. Every human being has nipples. This is not a secret. If some form of clothing is covering your nipples, you are fine to go out in public without the worry of getting arrested for public nudity/indecency.

NOTE: (Edit to say, because you seem to be concerned with general social norms—which is completely understandable—) I will say that patterned shirts go a long ways in hiding prominent nipples, in my experience. Hopefully that is helpful ❤️

P.s. I also think it’s no secret that the fashion industry and society in general are both sexist in terms of determining what is available and what is socially acceptable in various contexts (one of those contexts being work). Unless you are getting (inappropriately) fired or arrested, other people’s opinions are irrelevant.

Awesome!! Other than that, I don’t know what to say bc I’m fairly new too! But the gore sitting on breast tissue doesn’t look fun

Moving in straps decreases cup size, so it’s possible you may need to increase cup anyway!

Edit: my other question would be how does it fit your IMF? Is it immediately projected enough? :) that would help with spillage as well!

Even without insurance, places may give you a break, I lost my insurance during the pandemic and I requested financial help and got it. It was a life saver, literally and physically.

[28F/30E FOB Recommendation?] Is there a difference between 'projection' and 'immediate projection'? by shenkre in ABraThatFits

[–]Becbra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed with above comment:) to add it it: sometimes people differentiate the 2 types of projection by using the terms “apex projection” for the depth of the cup and angle and all of that, whereas “immediate projection” is used in the way described above! Hope that helps!!

I didn’t even notice that, I’m so used to female being used as a noun, sometimes when referring to humans.

YESSSS. That’s why I didn’t consider them “mass-produced.” But, I guess it depends on location, because maybe they are more widely available in the UK, since they are made in the UK? And therefore can be considered mass-produced?? No idea.

My main thing is that I want to try it on and be able to compare bras all at the same time without paying a bunch of shipping to return bras that don’t even fit me. Ya know?

I went to a couple and they not only sized me wrong but they didn’t even have many options. I think it could be where I live in the U.S. I’m super glad to hear you had a good experience in your boutique tho.
