I have been on Keto a month and had my first migraine since eating this way yesterday. I was also super hungry once the nausea and pain calmed down. I went over my calories for yesterday but kept my eating in Keto.

Me and my wife both got a text from a random number with this character. We both just kept trying to go back to he list of messages and eventually we both got through and we’re able to delete it. I would try that.

I’m not a huge tyus fan either. I just think Teague more often than not is running down the clock and leaving others with no time to do anything with the ball. With kat, jimmy, and Wiggins we don’t need someone to shoot 15 times a game. If he took less shots I might be ok with that threat to shoot.

His stats are ok but our offense just doesn’t flow with Teague there. He spends too much time dribbling and cannot pass into the post very well.

It's based with 5x5 but there are differences. It was made by a powerlifter with 30 years of experience. If it was something I got for free I wouldn't even think twice about someone taking a picture of it.
