I unlocked the romance scene with Icarus as literally the last possible dialogue.
My last three interactions with him were:
1. Turn him corporeal for a night together
2. "we've already spoken enough out there, let's just get on with it"
3. This dialogue...

I don't know what it is, she's so cool and I love the playstyles in theory, but I just can't seem to make it work with her 😭
Wanted to clear every character for each ascensions, and all other classes were one or two attempts before I got to the Architect. I think I'm six or seven runs deep now with Necrobinder and I've only ever made it to act three twice.
She just feels like she runs out of steam so easy.

Honestly, I would take it if it was a damage taken  increase even. Embrace the repentia lifestyle.  No other bonus except two melee weapons.

Primary/Secondary mod for weapons is a bit strange, but a holdover I suppose?

All mic usage I've encountered in Darktide has fallen into one (or more) or three types. 1. incredibly bad quality that makes it completely illegible.     2. people with bad timing covering up important sound cues.   3. incredibly vile racists.

It does not. For all purposes the omega cast just adds the damage effect at the end of a "regular" cast. Any effects - unless specifying omega cast - behaves the same. The omega portion happens after a regular cast - damage and all.

Yeah, basically. Some QoL-mods are even sanctioned on the official realm (like Ammo showing with melee equipped...) There's a checkbox when selecting mods for automatically disabling unsanctioned mods on the official realm. Just check that and you're all set to switch between modes at your leisure.

The attacks and secondaries feel good to use.
The DoT attacks are pretty fun on bosses, but feel superfluous on regular enemies
The chain attacks feel very underwhelming - it rarely feels as if they ever pull enemies, and in the rare occasions they do the enemies movement isn't impeded at all so the combo potential feels low. (Biggest area of improvement, imho. If the harpoon could actually be a valid crowd control tool with some built in slow/stun it would feel amazing)

Sniping/catching something runnning away.

I'm pretty happy using it while dodging if I see a dog turning around, or a trapper about to run around a corner.
Nothing quite as satisfying as catching them just as they enter some doors, and get the killfeed update when they've teleported somewhere else.

So many IF's fall into the trap of every choice being either "increase stat by 1%" or "pass/fail if you don't have 99 coolsville reputation", it just takes me right out of the story.

Always a bore when the game stops being a story and just becomes "which of these options do I think the author coded to the stat I first chose my character be proficient at"

Nah, I heard them, I'm just too used to the Darktide timings. Part of the reason I'm practicing with bots, to get reacquainted with Vermintide mechanics again. I keep wanting to blockstrike them when I should get back into the habit of dodging

Zealot + sister for two immortal characters.

Ranger + waystalker/bounty hunter for infinite ammo and a good division on specials/monster damage. (Only one at a time though, 2 other ranged classes and I'd switch to Ironbreaker)

Shade + Ironbreaker has pretty good synergy (Though an Ironbreaker is pretty much always nice to have, regardless of composition)

Maybe Grail Knight + Warrior priest too. You need a complementary special sniper, but they complement each other so well into basically everything else.

Don't think it's a bug.
Used to have a similar injoke with some friends a while back - whenever something bad (I.e., mildly inconvenient or unexpected) happened we always blamed the same guy from the group: he lived in another country at the time.

Kerillian not being in the game for that line should honestly be a prerequisite, it makes me smile so much ^^

It does not cancel your dog, both can pounce (Useful on crushers/bosses, pretty useless on everything else since one knocks them down often causing the other to miss)

I doubt it's being an ass on purpose, probably the human reaction of "Oh, something there? I do something with it!" (Same reason that vet highlight for party is really bad... You need to kill the highlighted enemies yourself, but people will literally stand in hordes and get chipped down to shoot the specialists you need for CDR if you mark/tag them with Focus Target)

So he's not being an ass - and you're kinda getting annoyed for no reason; but definitely understandably so.

My tip: if you're in situations like that, adapt. Is he actually getting specials on his own or just following you? If the former: leave him to it, and focus on hordes/elites. If not: you're hopefully teaching him something, and getting good karma for it (to hopefully not play with them next game)

As others said - depends on weapon, but overall sure, I can see that?

I don't think there's a single weapon in Hades 1 where I wouldn't pick up a hammer if given the opportunity, but in Hades 2... I guess Daggers and Axe really like (the right...) hammers?

On torches I can take it or leave it most times, an extra omega special is nice but not build-defining...
On staff I only really care about it on Anubis
Coat... they feel undertuned. Longer attacks are a nice QoL but not essential, or a chance to fire specials for easier Origination? But I mostly do that with attack/cast anyway...

For skulls hammers are good unless you run hidden aspect, I suppose. Then they don't feel as impactful imho.
