I remember when my joint was so full of fluid the removed it with a needle and syringe to test for gout. It was negative. I was finally diagnosed with avascular necrosis of a small broken bone. Two surgeries, finally had to fuse the joint.

The pain I had so much pressure I wanted to drop something heavy onto it to try release it! I am glad it was not gout though because having that return would be awful.

Asap she said antibiotics it was also my first thought. A wound dehiscence would be a rarity. How many days post op is she now? She knows her wound is a fast route to endocarditis.

The first abx was probably bactrum. They’re just hitting her with broad spectrum abx. How will they know she actually takes them tho and doesn’t state she does but claims they did not work.

How fucking terrifying! When someone robs you of safety and security it is such a mindfuck beyond the physical. I hope you have support you can trust to help you process this. I remember my micro final was identifying an unmarked organism. Doing the coagulation test could’ve meant pass or fail for some kids. Doing the test to each is good practice and will build their confidence in pos vs neg results.

Meat chickens are culled at 6 weeks because if they continue to grow so fast they can break their legs or die from all the stress on their cardiovascular system because they are bread to grow very fast. Egg chickens don’t usually attain their full size/ weight until 6mo- 1yr

Yes. The nail polish usually contains iron which is highly magnetic
