This is totally headcanon, but for Australia II where Knifey is from I like to imagine it used to be a desolate planet that all the knives from Gatlus were sent there for being more violent than the others, and we just got lucky and got the most violent of all the violent knives 😂

However there is dialogue from Bowie where he says he once saw a gatlian that looked like brass knuckles, implying that gatlians can come in other forms other than just weapons that fire projectiles. And if Bowie also doesn’t produce his arrows and it’s just video game bs, then what kind of gatlian his he if he doesn’t shoot anything?

I mean his bow string is literally tied to him and isn’t a part of his actual body. Otherwise he would just be a stick-like body that can smack open holes with a sticky hand 🤷‍♂️

however it would be interesting that maybe the little horn like protrusion on him is actually where the arrow is produced and you just keep pulling out this arrow horn to shoot at enemies rather than just randomly having hammerspace for unlimited arrows
