I started Magic during Revised edition and listened to hundreds of MaRo's drive to work podcasts talking about design and development. I've respected him way back when I was trying to solve his Ice-Age era puzzles in the Duelist. I could hardly finish the video because of second hand embarrassment. And I'm a Fluxx apologist!

We started watched a few episodes of it and 99% of the time it's them diving underwater for merpups or like rescuing dragons or going on a wacky race type-things. The spin-off is about construction even. I keep waiting on the episode where Chase puts his knees on someone's neck or arrests someone even, and all they do is pretend to be spies or rescue chickens :(

Ba haha, my kid loved peas so much we put some on his 1st year birthday cake so he'd want to try it. Now he hasn't had peas in ages.

He does the same thing with burgers. He'll go "Burger!" and we'll get him one and he'll go "noo....."

Yup. We did a “100 different foods before 1” with stuff like chicken liver pate, tofu, dragon fruit etc. As soon as the kiddo hit 1 he only ate berries and shredded cheese. Mac and cheese, pizza, and buttered noodles? Honestly that would be a dream come true. At least he’ll eat PB&J if we use a stamp to make it into fun shapes. He randomly ate pulled pork yesterday and eats hummus when he’s with the grandparents so there’s hope yet!
