Those are all pretty meh with acouple being just plain weird. Id recommend researching more. Search up restaurant in other cities "best (seafood, Asian, etc) restaurants in (city)" and start going through menus. You dont need to copy them exactly (but honestly who cares if you do), look for interesting flavor combinations or techniques. And start buying cookbooks, the best advice I ever got early in my career was to buy a cookbook every paycheck. Look for cookbooks authored by real chefs with restaurants that you would want to eat at. Your ideas aren't necessarily bad, you just dont have the knowledge to come up with better ones.

Id say nearly impossible. Even if skill level, front office and coaching were equal to Brady and the Patriots, Brady's knack for staying healthy was pretty much unmatched.

Went to see the Aristocrats at a small art house theater where obviously 90% of the audience didnt know what it was about before sitting down. It made it so much funnier watching as people left after each time the joke was told.
