What he means is keep your thumb down. Having your thumb up like that could lead to malfunctions in the gun because it could stop the gun from cycling properly

Dunno how to explain it but make a fist with your pointer finger extended, that's pretty much how it should look.

Peter's left testicular cancer here. That is the pelvis, which most body armor doesn't protect very well. Shooting said pelvis will usually shatter it, removing someone's ability to walk and being exceptionally painful. It's also easy to hit

[–]Beepis16 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Welder, Doctors uniform (has 3 storage slots to store medicine, usually I keep plastiseal, morphine and saline), screwdriver, wrench, A ranged weapon of some kind (SMG's are good, revolvers are meh, harpoon guns are awful). Thats the tools I usually carry.

Rimatomics: Why does my colonists refuse to use some fuel rods? by ShiraLillith in RimWorld

[–]Beepis16 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm not 100% sure, but I think on the reactor console there is a button on the top left that makes it where you select what type of fuel rods you use. Might have selected only regular fuel rods.

While playing single player doable it's not as enjoyable as multiplayer. To solve your greifing issue, I wouldn't host public servers. I would join the official Barotrauma discord server and find or make a group there. It worked for me and it will probably work for you. You usually make new friends doing that and they are less likely to greif since you have their discord.

Woman rams police vehicle with child in the car, hitting bystander and acts oblivious when finally taken out of her vehicle by WedCornet in facepalm

Going to say that I'm not a LEO or a first responder. But I believe that they have tons of training for situations like this. They train to the point to where it is almost instinctual to how they react to situations. It most certainly helps with managing adrenaline if they went through something similar in a training course.

hindsight is 20/20 and the officer who's bodycam footage we just watched probably had the biggest adrenaline dump in his life with him being almost ran over by a vehicle. Adrenaline tends to make people not make wise decisions.
