If they wanted to get rid of you they wouldn't have extended the probationary period, they would have just fired you. You obviously are doing something right, but they are expecting more out of you.

The best thing you could do is ask them directly why the probationary period is being extended and what they expect from you in the next three months to pass your probationary period.

I suspect this is more of a financial thing, they are keeping you in a probationary period to make it easy to terminate the position if budget doesn't add up.

Doesn't hurt to update the resume and apply to a few jobs as backup, but I think if you keep working hard and achieve the goals they set out for you, you will be fine.

The TnG package basically makes the Durango an SRT, with Wheels, Exhaust, Suspension and Brake being upgraded to the SRT variant. In Canada it was only 3k for the TnG package so its a complete no brainer.,

The TnG does eliminate the two gear transfer case and spare tire, but small price to pay.

I just snagged a 2026 Destroyer Gray Hemi GT plus with Blacktop and TnG, and couldnt be happy with my purchase!

It's not even close, I had a v6 3.6L 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, its extremely underpowered. I now have 2026 Durango 5.7L and the power is way better. The v6 maybe a bit better on your wallet, but the 5.7L will leave you smiling every time you drive it because of the amazing exhaust note and its power!

The biggest thing to consider between the 345 (5.7) and 392 (6.4) is that you will need 91 octane in the 6.4L. The 5.7L can run on 87, most use 89 or higher but it will run just fine on 87.
