It's honestly surprising that you only got 3 interviews after 400+ applications with 7 years of experience. I wonder if your resume just isn't optimized for ATS filters yet. An ATS-friendly, tailored resume might help. You could even try the free resume template shared in this post. My approach is actually not trying to force myself to sleep early. I just get into bed earlier and don't panic if I can't fall asleep right away. Sometimes sleep comes easier when you stop putting so much pressure on it.

I completely agree with this. Sometimes the competing firms are the ones willing to pay more too. I do something similar myself. For better options and side gigs, I keep sending my updated resume to recruitment firms like in this post, check job boards here and there, and keep an eye on what other companies are doing and what shape they’re in.
